María Milagros Véliz Pinto (born January, 1983 in Guacara, Carabobo state, Venezuela) is the newly crowned Miss World Venezuela 2008.She will represent Venezuela in the Miss World 2009 beauty pageant, probably held on December, 2009.
Véliz studies International Business at the European Business School London, in London, United Kingdom. She practices swimming, and other sports.
