Sophie Lavers Crowned Miss World Australia 2009 and Will Represent Australia in the Miss World 2009 Pageant | Miss World 2009
Ms Lavers, 24, from Canberra, was crowned Miss World Australia at a ceremony in Sydney, beating 19 other hopefuls.
The beauties were judged in categories including Best Talent, Healthy Body Image and Sports and Fitness.
She will represent Australia at the Miss World contest in Johannesburg, South Africa, on December 12.
